Here are the FAQs for the GDO Thailand. Please make sure your question is not on the FAQs before inquiring.

Booking

Q: How to book the tee time at the GDO Thailand?

A:
1) At first, select golf course you want to play. >> Go to the golf course course list
2) Select the plan after selecting the date of play on the Tee Times of the golf course page.
3) Select the tee time and the number of player.
4) Enter your payment information and applicant name.
5) The confirmation screen page is displayed.
6) As the information is correct, click the “”Confirm”” to complete the booking.

※ Membership registration is required at booking. If you are a non-member, please register from here.

Q: I'd like to know recommended golf courses.

A: Please check “Recommended Golf Courses” at the Top page of the site.

Q: I'd like to know the golf course around Bangkok.

A: Check here for the golf courses around Bangkok.

Q: What is included for the payment at the booking?

A: Basically green fee only. Cart fee, caddy fee, accommodation fees, etc. may include depending on the plan. Please check the plan on the golf course page. Also, for many golf courses in Thailand, the caddy fees and the cart fee should be paid at the pro shop at the golf course, and cash payment may be necessary for the caddy fee.

Q: Can I book the plan without using cart?

A: The plans we have basically include the use of the cart. If you don’t want to use the cart, prior confirmation would be needed to the goulf course. Please ask to the GDO Thailand call center.

Q: I'd like to know the price of cart fee and caddy fee.

A: Those fees may vary depending on each course. Please check them on the golf course page at the site.

Q: Is it possible to book for single play?

A: Some courses offer single play booking for low season and weekdays. Please contact to the GDO Thailand call center if needed. Phone calls are also available.

Q: I can't find the plan for the day I want to play.

A:Please contact to the GDO Thailand call center for your preferred date by the contact form, e-mail, or phone. We will offer the plan appropriate to your needs.

Q: Problems regarding credit card(in case not making reservation)

A: If you find an error for credit card payment, please contact to the credit card company and request the error to be cleared. Or, please change to another credit card or payment method.

Payment information

Q: I'd like to know the payment methods.

A: Basically, only the credit card payment would be accepted.

Q: Is receipt availale?

A:The receipt can be printed out from the My page(log in necessary) after the booking, however it is only available for the credit cart payment in advance.

Coupon

Q: How to enter the coupon code on the site?

A: The coupon code can be entered on the STEP3(the payment information) after selecting the plan on each golf course page.

The Booking confirmation, Change, and Cancellation

Q: I'd like to confirm my booking.

A:Please check on the Golf Reservation Status of the Thailand Golf Coueses Booking after loggin in to My Page.

Q: Can I change my booking?

A:The booking can’t be changed by user. Please contact to us for the change after the payment in advance.

Q: How to cancel my booking?

A: Please contact us from the contact form.The cancellation fees may be applied depending on the date of the cancel.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

A: As cancellation fee conditions may vary depending on golf course or the booking plan, please check the “the cancellation regulations” on each golf course page. Also, please note that the 4% of the total booking amount will be charged as the handling charge in addition to the cancellation fee. The handling charge will be applied 7 days before the date of play.

Q: I lost the password. What should I do?

A: Please go to this page to regist new password.

Member registration and Log-in

Q: How to register as the member of the site?

A: Enter necessary information on the member registrarion page.

Q: There is an error for member registration. What should I do?

A: The error is possible for the member registration for following:

・Unavailable character, code, or mark (space) included.
・Password is less than 5 characters.
・The phone number contains a hyphen.
・Two-byte or half size character included.

Q: I lost the password. What should I do?

A: Please go to this page to regist new password.

Q: I lost the ID.

A: Please go to this page.

Rentals

Q: How can I rental equipment, etc.?

A: Please check the rental availability on the booking page of each golf course. In case the rental is available, please tell us your gender, size, number, etc. by the contact form as we will check the availability. Please also note the rental reservation may not be guaranteed.
